Carleton Place dealership — sponsor of the Unity Ride
A family dealership on McNeely Avenue since 1945, and the sponsor of the convoy from Ottawa.
Bean Chevrolet Buick GMC has been selling and servicing cars in Carleton Place since 1945, from 375 McNeely Avenue. It is a family business and stands on its own rather than inside a dealer group; the Bean family built on the reputation and service started by Vic and Jim Bennett before them, and expanded the facility in late 2017. New and used Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles, service, parts and collision repair all sit under the same roof.
For UAFest 2026 the dealership sponsors the Ukrainian-Canadian Unity Ride & Drive — the convoy that leaves Ottawa on the morning of 13 September and arrives at the festival gates around noon. The answer that started it, on 18 August, was three words long: "Count us in!" — followed by an offer of show cars and a question about how many parking spots the festival needed.
