UAFest is more than one day a year — a growing ecosystem connecting culture, community and business.

UAFest is growing into a broader community ecosystem that connects culture, education, business, local initiatives, and Ukrainian identity in Canada — not just one day each September at Riverside Park, but a thread that runs through the rest of the year.

Five developing initiatives now sit in the UAFest ecosystem. Capital, Network and Business are still early-stage; UAFest Labs is already open for applications; and Baba Kokum is a newly public working concept for a Ukrainian–Indigenous cultural initiative that we want Indigenous co-creators to help shape from the beginning. Chestnut Run Ottawa is established, ran in May 2026 and already has its next start booked.
