About

Fast Coffee is a Canadian chain of self-service coffee points, run from an Ottawa address at 208 Booth Street. The company describes its mission as making quality coffee available to everyone by building a self-service experience around it, and it publishes a single phone line and an email for both visitors and prospective partners.

A Fast Coffee point is one unit: a coffee machine, a place for cups, sugar, napkins and straws, and a payment terminal. The company sets out four steps on its site — choose a drink, pay for the order, put the cup in the machine, take the finished coffee — so that nobody has to queue for a barista. The unit is lit, black and yellow, and carries a running stick figure with a cup on its side.

The menu runs to eight drinks, with prices published on the site: espresso at $2.75, espresso cortado at $2.95, americano and americano with milk at $3.45, cappuccino at $3.65, mocha at $3.75, latte at $3.85, and hot chocolate at $3.15.

The company places its points in spaces where people wait or gather — fitness clubs, daycares and activity centres, offices and co-working spaces, clinics, learning centres and community hubs. It says installation is plug-and-play, that the point needs no staff on site, and that Fast Coffee itself handles supplies, service and maintenance. In October 2025 it announced a new point at Katimavik 150, in the premises of a gymnastics club in Kanata. Alongside the coffee points it sells a franchise in three formats — Start, Business and VIP — with the entry figure published on its homepage as $17,900 CAD, and offers franchisees a financial model, training, marketing materials and a dedicated manager.

On 13 September 2025 Fast Coffee brought a mobile coffee stand to Ukrainian Fest Lanark County in Carleton Place. Writing about the day afterwards, the company said taking part was a way to share its own idea that good coffee should be within reach of anyone, anywhere, and that it was proud to stand with the community behind the festival.

Where to find them

Fast Coffee gives its address as 208 Booth Street in Ottawa. The point it announced in October 2025 sits at Katimavik 150, in a gymnastics club in Kanata. Its points are made for indoor hosts rather than a street front: gyms, daycares, offices, clinics, learning centres and community halls.

Carleton Place, where UAFest is held, is about 45 minutes from Ottawa. Fast Coffee brought a mobile stand to the festival at Riverside Park on 13 September 2025; the festival returns to the same park on 13 September 2026.

Fast Coffee

Questions & answers

What is Fast Coffee?

A chain of self-service coffee points in Canada, based in Ottawa. Instead of a counter and a barista, each point is a single unit with a coffee machine and a payment terminal, so a drink takes seconds rather than a place in line.

How do I order without staff there?

Four steps, as the company sets them out: choose your drink, pay for the order, put the cup in the machine, take the finished coffee. Cups, sugar, napkins and straws sit on the unit itself.

What is on the menu, and what does it cost?

Eight drinks, with prices published on their own menu page: espresso $2.75, espresso cortado $2.95, americano and americano with milk $3.45, cappuccino $3.65, mocha $3.75, latte $3.85, hot chocolate $3.15. Prices are theirs and can change — check the menu page.

Where can I find a Fast Coffee point?

The company gives an Ottawa address at 208 Booth Street and, in October 2025, announced a point at Katimavik 150 in a Kanata gymnastics club. It does not publish a full map of its points, so the phone line or email is the way to ask what is nearest to you.

Can I have a point at my gym, office or clinic?

That is what they ask for. They describe the setup as plug-and-play, needing no staff on site, with supplies, service and maintenance on their side. Requests go through the form on their site, the phone line or i@fastcoffee.ca.
