Rachelle Face Painting and More is an Ottawa party-entertainment service that works private birthday parties, festivals, sports tournaments, corporate events, weddings, exhibitions and store openings. Beyond the face paint it brings balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, entertainment games, mascot characters, bouncy castles, LED robots and full event planning.
The paints are non-toxic, hypoallergenic and FDA-approved — the detail a parent asks about before a child sits down. The service runs in English and in French; reviewers single out Rachelle for speaking French perfectly with the children, and for giving each one what they actually asked for.
At UAFest 2026 the business is the sponsor of the Kids & Family Zone, where the face painting on 13 September is hers.
